South African telecom groups Vodacom said on Wednesday its Democratic Republic of Congo joint venture partner CWN has threatened to take it to court over a dispute related to funding agreements. Congolese Wireless Networks (CWN) valued its claim in a funding dispute between the two at $180 million or more.
