The World Congress Against the Death Penalty will take place in
Geneva between February 24-26. In the lead up to the event, organisers Ensemble
contre la peine de mort are publishing a special bilingual edition of their
newspaper and a dedicated section on their website, both edited by Thomas
Hubert.
