raisonnable (« due diligence ») sur l'origine de leurs approvisionnements, soit

La Banque mondiale et le Fonds monétaire international ont approuvé
respectivement les 30 juin et 1er juillet l’allègement de 90 % de la dette de
la République démocratique du Congo. Selon le communiqué conjoint des deux
institutions financières, le pays voit ainsi s’envoler $ 12,3 milliards de
dettes, accumulées principalement sous le régime Mobutu.
